Cancellation & Refund Policy
At PeakPanda, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on www.peakpanda.co.in.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed for shipment. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@peakpanda.co.in with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund after delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

Product is defective or not working

Product does not match the description
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Photo or video proof must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout (UPI, card, bank transfer, or wallet via Razorpay).
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
