PeakPanda delivers products across India using trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • 5–7 business days for metro and Tier 1 cities

  • 6–10 business days for Tier 2, Tier 3, and remote locations

Shipping Charges

Most products are shipped free of charge. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, remote locations, courier delays, or incorrect address details. PeakPanda is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
